Select a tenant in the navigation bar to view or edit configuration.

Config

LLM and agent settings for the selected tenant. Instance process logging is configured in environment files, not here.

Bootstrap Admin

No platform Admin is seeded yet. Add the first operator email (uses the server EM_ADMIN_SECRET). After this, day-to-day access will use Microsoft sign-in.

Connector Credentials

Microsoft Graph app credentials for this tenant (SharePoint folder sync). Saved on the selected tenant — not from .env.

Agent & Search Configuration

Built-in default prompt (shown in full above). Used when Estimate subject counts runs the LLM path. Edit and save to override for this tenant; clear and save to keep using the built-in default. Estimates are orientation only — not official list sizes.

Crawl concurrency

Instance-wide cap on how many source crawls may run at once. Whole number, 1 or greater. Default 1. Only a Super Admin may change this.

The limit is currently deferring crawls — they stay due and will retry on the next scheduler tick.
